Lunga Booi was born in the rural Transkei region of South Africa during the height of Apartheid. His debut book seeks to give readers an idea of the atrocities committed by the racist government of the time on the people of his home land. Color me Immoral explores the painful experiences of South Africans, black and white, and how an unjust law sought to segregate friends and families alike. It is the spirit of the people of this country which eventually tore down this system and brought about a change that to this day is ongoing.
